Information on the LOISIR Hotel

the LOISIR Hotel Naha

The LOISIR Hotel Naha is recommended for participants from countries except for Japan. There are many hotels in the downtown of Naha city and you can choose at your convenient. However, the transportation between Okinawa Convention Center (OCC, conference site) and the downtown of Naha is not so convenient for participants from countries except for Japan. Therefore, PSA-13 committee arranged the bus transportation every morning and evening between OCC and the LOISIR Hotel Naha for participants who reserve their rooms at the LOISIR Hotel. Since the number of rooms booked at the LOISIR Hotel is limited, if you want to use the bus transportation, please reserve your rooms at the LOISIR Hotel Naha as soon as possible according to instruction described below.

Deadline for researvation of accommodation at the LOISIR Hotel Naha: October 4, 2013

Note:
The number of rooms booked by the PSA-13 committee at the LOISIR Hotel Naha is limited. The reservation will be closed before the deadline when all of booked rooms are reserved by participants.

Cancellation
Policy		 50 % of room rate will be charged for a cancellation on the arrival date.
No charge for a cancellation before the arrival date.
a An extra bed is available on request. Supplementary charge is JPY 5000 per night (exclusive of breakfast). Breakfast is available at JPY 1800 per day.
b Breakfast for up to two guests, service charge and tax are included. Same room rate is applied to both single and double occupancy.
c This room rate is valid only for a period from Saturday 9th November (check-in on 9th Nov.) until Friday 15th November (check-out on 16th Nov.).
