On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are inviting you to the 6th International Symposium on Practical Surface Analysis (PSA-13) to be held in one of the most beautiful city in Japan, Okinawa, during November 10th to 15th, 2013. This symposium focuses the practical uses of surface analysis techniques in standardization, actual materials/devices analysis, and so on, succeeding to the past fruitful symposia (PSA-98 in Matsue, PSA-01 in Nara, PSA-04 in Jeju, PSA-07 in Kanazawa, and PSA-10 in Gyeongju).
