Proceedings, accepted after peer review by appropriate referees, will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Surface Analysis ('JSA' at http://www.sasj.jp/).

Electronic files of your manuscript, a submission form and a copyright transfer form saved in a CD-ROM should be handed at the conference site basically from 15:00-19:00 of October 3, 2010. If you cannot submit your manuscript during the period mentioned above, ask at the registration desk during the conference at your convenience. Manuscripts can be received during PSA-10 and you can get information when and where you can submit your manuscript.

Accepted format of the manuscript are Microsoft Word 2003 (.doc). All of Figures should be prepared in formats of JPEG or TIFF (LZW compressed) and embedded in the manuscript.
