Call for industrial exhibition

Small scientific instruments and industry products, brochures, and books and magazines supplied can be exhibited during the conference (for three days; October 4 (Mon), 9:00 a.m. - October 6 (Wed), 12:00 noon). (The schedule is tentative). The Exhibition fee provides you a free one-page advertisement in the abstract booklet and includes two-participant registration to attend the conference.

Industry exhibition fee

There are three types of the exhibition.

  1. One exhibition booth: KRW1,500,000
  2. One-page advertisement in the abstract booklet: KRW300,000

The fee includes:

(1) One-page advertisement in the abstract booklet.
(2) Two-participant registrations to attend the conference including social events.
(3) Exhibition booth (3 m x 2 m x 2.5 m)
(4) One AC 220 V 15 A power supply (tentative).
(5) Presentation at the vendor session.

Note 1: The industry exhibition fee DOES NOT include any conference materials (the abstract booklet, the proceedings).

Note 2: The participants registered as 'Industrial Exhibition' CANNOT GIVE their PRESENTATIONS in sessions EXCEPT FOR the VENDOR SESSION. If those who register themselves as 'Industrial Exhibition' want to give their presentation, they SHOULD REGISTER themselves as REGULAR participants as well.

2. One-page advertisement in the abstract booklet: KRW300,000

The fee includes:

(1) One-page advertisement in the abstract booklet.

Note: Since the deadline of one-page advertisement is August 15, 2010, this potion can be available before August 15, 2010.

Registration and payment

Applications for the registration of the industry exhibition are made by filling out the REGISTRATION FORM (MS-Word file / PDF file) and sending it to the Secretary of PSA-10 (Dr. Jouhahn Lee) by e-mail, FAX or postal mail. Also one digital file (MS Word file or PDF file) and one original print for free format one-page advertisement (A4 size) can be sent to the Secretary of PSA-10 (Dr. Jouhahn Lee). The deadline of one-page advertisement is not later than August 15, 2010. The registration without one-page advertisement is available until September 15, 2010. All applications should be accompanied with full payment of the registration fee in Korean Won by the bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTER).

After payment is completed please send a copy of the bank transfer record to the Secretary of PSA-10 (Dr. Jouhahn Lee). The bank transfer fee should be paid by the participants.

Cancellation of registrations and refunds

No refund will be made, even if an applied exhibition is withdrawn.
